Sangar Zaitoon produces its juices and fruit drinks in Afghanistan and packs them in aseptic cartons — sterile, light-proof packs that keep drinks shelf-stable without refrigeration.

Rolls of aseptic packaging material are imported for the company's carton lines, as recorded in 2025 customs data.

Fruit base & water
Fruit pulp, juice or concentrate is received and checked; process water is treated.

Blending
Ingredients are mixed to each recipe — Frutika Mango, Yummy Apple, Klass Guava and the rest.

The drink is heat-treated to make it commercially sterile before packing.
